Online Registration for returning students: extended through Sept. 8

In an effort to have as many families complete the online registration this year (rather than the large paper packets typically sent home with students on the first day of school), we are extending the deadline to close on Tuesday, Sept. 8. You will not receive an email with login information despite verifying the primary parent/guardian's email address. However, TOMORROW, your student will be bringing home a letter with the primary parent/guardian's login information. This information is unique for the primary parent/guardian, as that is the digital signature that will be attached to the forms. If you are a family who is 100-percent new to our district, you will not receive this information as you completed a paper packet upon registering your student. This information is for all students who are returning Sevier County students. 

Once you log into the system using the information provided, you will be prompted to change your password to your own unique password. You will then be brought to a page that should have a blue hyperlink that says "complete online registration for returning student ____." Click that to begin moving through the process. There are 17 steps. It is easier to see some of the documents if you are using a tablet or computer. There are a few windows that have the option to make it full screen (this makes it easier to make sure you have clicked all the check boxes or dropdown menus). There are other pages that say ADD on the side--you will need to click that to bring up the form to digitally sign. ​At the end of the process, you will be at step 17 which is confirming all the previous steps have been completed (it ​will show you the list). Any changes you have requested will be listed as PENDING APPROVAL, and our admin team will manually approve those. If all the steps are marked completed, you will then click ​FINISH AND SUBMIT. The screen will refresh and give you the option to view your submission again, if you choose. 

Again, your student will bring this letter home tomorrow, Wednesday, Aug. 26th.
