SHS Beta Club Community Project: Blessing Boxes

Please help SHS Beta Club create meals in a bag to provide support to families in our community. Our goal is to create complete, shelf stable meal kits that will stock local Blessing Boxes. Blessing Boxes are community supported pantries where people can anonymously leave and take food and necessities. Since they are community supported, blessing boxes are not always guaranteed to have resources like established organizations provide. 

Each meal in a bag creates a complete meal that can be made with simple instructions and does not require additional pantry items. Please help us feed our community!

How to create a meal in a bag:
1. Choose a meal from the attached list. (or more than one!)
2. Gather every ingredient needed for the meal as listed.
3. Place all the ingredients for an individual meal in a plastic bag and label which
meal it is and your name.
4. Take your donation to a Beta sponsor and they will do the rest.
5. Get your service hour(s) and help make a difference!
